It's Guerrilla not Gorilla... Film School

American Guerrilla is a movement, into the organized take over of the much sterile indy film making scene. I want too see film making be more diverse. If you look at the way things are, the same type of people who are controlling the majors, are the same ones running the indies. Well maybe they're just shorter and less align. Still it's just not enough diversity in film production, despite the ethnic makeup of the world's audience. With that being said, I study the issue, identify the problem and developed a solution. Which is the founding of a Alternative film school, that teaches the Guerrilla style of film making. To many excuses keep people from, reaching the goal of producing a film. I 've heard it all, access too equipment, crew issues, cast issues, time, money, content. There's never enough of any.The goal of American Guerrilla is too teach, the skills required too make all the negatives, positives and use the available resources too the fullest extent, while learning how to make and discover newer ones. American Guerrilla is the start of something great, it's the start of empowering people, too not be detoured and make their project, then be concerned with the other things later. At the heart of our school's philosophy, is that great film making is a learned trait, not a simple one shot one kill concept. We teach you how too make films, anytime, anyplace, anywhere with what's available, how too transition that into other opportunities and then take the next step. We teach that above anything else, demonstrating consecutive work, beats out everything else. Not saying I've done a film, but I have many films. Film making is a way of life, not some 9-5 job. The courses at American Guerrilla have been developed and are taught by, people who live in the scene of Guerrilla film making. They have developed a body of work, created additional opportunities and demonstrated consecutive film making. Unlike the standard film school, we don't teach, get a job skills, we teach get a life skills in relation to film making.The standard film school will teach and prepare you for a stoic world of film producing. In reality film making isn't a organized event, it's a world of chaos. We prepare you for that world and make you a master of it, using initiative and spontaneity.
